My power button and volume button won't work

So last night I dropped my phone and it came out with a small but if damage. The volume up button is always pressed in but doesn't register as being pressed. The power button is fine physically, it still clicks and pops out but it isn't registering either. When I hold the power button it gives the restart message but that's it. Can anyone help?
