As @arbaman suggests, it would help if you explained what you meant by capacitor screen. A capacitor is a discreet component that is used within the logic board and is generally not associated with the screen itself. However, the digitizer is based on a capacitive touch interface so I’ll assume that is what you meant.
If the screen is defective, then it needs to be replaced. It is a fairly straightforward repair so you can do it yourself by buying the appropriate parts (the kit has all the necessary tools) and checking this repair guide.
