My head phones/controller are cutting in and out

I have no idea what is happening, I thought at first my headphones were cutting in and out but when I changed headphones it did the same problem, so I switched controllers and that didnt fix it either, I restarted my xbox and that didnt work, I reconnected the conrollers and that didnt work either. Please help..
