There could be a couple problems (1) It might be your tv (2) It could be your xbox which in thst case you should hold down the power button until it does a restart, or do a console restart and to that look it up… (3) Also you can press the home button and hover over the my games and apps and press the start button (right of the home button) and press refresh, this will refresh every game and app. #
