Hi can someone help I don't keep to good so I have a tall cooling fan at my bed its on 24/7 over the last month it keeps falling over and the tilt keeps dropping down it as if the fan bit is to heavy for the stand. Thank you Susan

In addition to what Dave said, if the pole is wobbly on the stand, there is usually a threaded nut on the bottom of the stand where the pole goes through it. This nut may have loosened up due to vibrations from the fan. Tighten it up.

I have this problem too but the pole doesn’t go through the base. I see no way that this fan ever stood up? I never paid attention until it just fell over. I am completely complexed.
The feet are usually the weak point , they get stepped on or bent in anyway the fan is basically scrap. Unless you can ‘fabricate’ some kind of home repair .

Is there a knob on the side of where the fan connects to the stand? If there is try putting it in the position you want and tighten it until the fan stays put. Or, you could fabricate a secondary stand for it to hold it up where you like it to point.
