Where can I find a belt tensioner (part # 10186118)

Does anyone know where i might find a belt tensioner for a 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood. Part #10186118. Says this part is no longe available. Have checked the junk yards but no one has this model. The recommended replacement is completely different and does not fit.

Check the suppliers listed in this link.

Scroll down the page and then click on the link for your preferred supplier. You most probably will have to put the part number 10186118 in the search box on their webpage to get directly to the part.

Check all auto stores if not in stock check for order availably, also check your local pick n pull they get new inventory daily and GM cars are a dime a dozen there. Also check for cross matching GM loves to use the same parts on their cars
