Why is my computer not turning on even when its fully charged.

when i turn on my computer it just turns off automatically with out touching it. and it trys to reboot its self but continues to fail to turn on.

Does it do this with the charger connected and switched on?

How far through the boot process does it get before it switches itself off and then reboots, e.g logo splash screen, Windows boot screen, Windows desktop screen etc?

What OS is installed in the laptop?

I have similar problem few days ago but i was also getting boot error 0xc00000f on Windows 10. I google the term and then get solution for this problem at below given link. You can try for the method or try to restart your PC in safe mode. Might this solution work for you.
