If i replace the battery on my Oneplus 3, will i lose all my data on the device?

No you will not,provided you don’t damage the phone. I’d be very careful,watch videos on ifixit or YouTube first. Take your time. Backup your phone to google first,trust me.
the data on the phone is stored in flash memory,which does NOT require power.
Again,DON’T rush. Take your time. Watch videos multiple times in advance. Watch the video as you repair.If something seems confusing,rewind the video.
