My phone was at 100 % and I took it off the charger and had it in my pocket for about 5 minutes and when I pulled it out and tried to get on it, it didn’t turn on. So I held down the power button and it said my phone was dead. I have now had my phone on the charger and it will not turn on. I don’t know what to do:(

Most likely this is a battery/battery connector problem. You may have to replace the battery.
