Nintendo DSi has multiple problems.
I have a DSi, and a logic board from my DSi back in 2009. I opened the back of the DSi, and disconnected all the ribbon cables and unscrewed all of the screws on the logic board. I replaced the DSi’s logic board with my 2009 one. I powered it on and the bottom screen flashed for a millisecond. So I took out the 2009 logic board, and put the original one back in. Tried to power it on and no blue light, and the screen is black. It had a solid charging light. I had another logic board that I got from eBay and put that one in the DSi. There’s no blue light, and the charge light blinks on and off. I tried it with multiple batteries and these problems are random and happen with all 3 logic boards. The DSi was working fine before, and I don’t suspect a top lcd problem, because I was extremely delicate with the ribbon cables. Any help?

Are you sure you didn't damage the ribbon cables?

I'm very sure. I didn't mess with the upper screen at all, just the camera and top lcd ribbon cable that sticks out from the hinge.

I don't know if this should work but try putting the original logic board in and performing a manual factory reset ( by holding down every button minus those of the d-pad and turning the system on) it should boot up.

Alright, I'll try that.

I could only hold the ABXY, Start, Select, and power button. Nothing.
