Here’s a link to a video that shows how to dis-assemble your laptop.

At 6:37 minutes into the video the keyboard is able to be accessed so that it can be replaced.

Replacement keyboards are available online.

Just search for Acer Aspire V5-122P-0468 keyboard to get results for suppliers of the part.
