I have an iPhone SE that was water damaged and when I try to play anything with sound the phone freezes and goes crazy. I tried even after unplugging the speaker and it still does it. I even soaked it in high strength isopropyl alcohol then let it sit submerged in silica gel beads for days to dry it completely out and then replaced the battery with a new one and it still has the problem!

When a phone has been liquid _damaged_there’s no magic that can undo the damage, not even IPA. Soaking in IPA might help cleaning a bit if all EMI shields have been previously removed and ultrasonic cleaning is used, but whatever got damaged needs to be replaced. You’ll need a microsoldering expert to try have a look at your phone with proper testing tools, no DIY remedies unfortunately.

I think I'm just going to sell the phone i’ve already invested too much money as it is and can’t really invest anymore.

Try replacing the screen itself. If you had water damage in the screen, it’ll cause freezing and glitching

That was the first thing I did after the battery it didn't help.
