Hi @bratt ,
Look on YouTube for how to inspect/replace etc the HVAC "blend door" for your exact year and model VW Jetta.
It appears as though it is either stuck in the one position or that the blend door actuator may be faulty.
If it is not the actuator or the door then it may be the controls not operating the actuator.
