Did you follow the IFIXIT guide?

Review this Apple T/N Apple Portables: Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters Make sure you've got the correct charger as well as the cord and connector are in good shape if not replace the adapter and make sure you get a real charger.

Did you have a liquid spill at some point?

Update (02/26/2019)

Sounds like you didn't clean the logic board fully so now corrosion is creating a pathway that shorting out.

You'll need to pull the logic board fully out and make a details inspection. Here's the guide you'll need to follow MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2012 Logic Board Replacement Use a soft tooth brush and some distilled water to carefully scrub the area softly, then use some 85% isopropyl alcohol to wash down the area.

I’m using an official apple charger. I spilled water last year and my trackpad didn’t work for a while out it’s all good now. I followed the guide it’s a short sizzling sound. It’s coming from inside the laptop

it just happened again. this time it was after i opened my mac from sleep after a couple hours. again a sizziling sound that lasted for a few seconds.

Please clean your logic board as explained in my update.

i dont think its corrosion as this sound never happened before. Only after i replaced my battery. i spilt the water a long time ago and never had any problems.

Corrosion often times takes a bit of time to show its ugly head. You have something shorting out so you need to find it.

THANK YOU!! Cleaning out my fan and vents thoroughly seems to have fixed this…a repair store told me I needed new speakers (I was pretty sure I didn’t). You saved me $120 AND the fit I was gonna throw when I discovered it still didn’t fix the issue!!
