Why won't my device charge?
I’ve been trying to charge my tablet but it won’t turn on and I don’t know what to do. Please help!

The device should have a battery life of around 8 hours when fully charged. Check to make sure the device is plugged in properly when you charge it. Try plugging the device in for a few minutes and powering it on. If the device only turns on while it is plugged into an adapter you will need to replace the battery.
