Also, if there are any wifi applications on the systems uninstall them with something like IOBit Unistaller - it cleans out the registry as well - i.e. no traces.

Uninstall the wifi drivers in the Control Panel, reboot and then install the new drivers.

Hold on….have you checked that the Wi-Fi is turned on in the BIOS?

If you can’t even connect with an Ethernet cable then you probably have an “Internet Connection” issue that is a software issue.

Probably best to first do a complete anti-virus scan of your entire system (which you may have already done) and then try the “Complete Internet Repair v5.2.3.4010” program which you can download from - maybe a friend or the local library can help with the download:

The clue that it is a software issue is that neither the Wi-Fi nor the wired connection connects you to the Interenet. If you replace the Wi-Fi module you would most likely still have the same problem.

Also if it were a driver issue it is very unlikely that both the Wi-Fi and the Ethernet port drivers would be corrupted at the same time….but all things are possible.

I will try. But I can't download drivers because I can't get out in the internet eveing using an Ethernt cab le.

you can download the drivers and software using what ever device your on here replying
