My internal microphone not working where is it location.

Is the Sound Controller status OK in Device Manager, no errors showing etc, you haven’t said?

If you have Win 10 this link may be of some help.

If the software seems to be installed OK the microphone is located above the display, to the left of the camera light and lens.

Here’s an image taken from the user guide for the laptop that shows where it is.

Here’s a link to the service manual for the laptop. Scroll to p.49 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly. This will give you access to the microphone and the microphone cable and connections etc.
