I can't install anything

So I did factory reset and Documents , Calculator , Maps , Contacts , Clock aren't there. But most importantly I can't install anything even from a PC . Help please

You should be able to side load the apps on - follow this guide to get the App Store, and you should be good after. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7GDeXv0...
