On my 95 Tahoe, I have no brake lights and no driver side turn signal (front or rear). The passenger side turn signal works but it blinks really fast.
The wife says this only happens when the headlights are on - I haven’t verified this yet as I am always working on it at night.

Kevin Andrews this “The passenger side turn signal works but it blinks really fast” is usually caused by a bad bulb. Replace your bulbs first, then check your relay.
