Battery life less than expected

Hi! I have an Galaxy S7, and recently i replaced my battery because my old one was draining very fast. After the replacement with a new battery, i downloaded “AccuBattery” to see the life of it. The battery came with 58% that quickly drained. I searched on google and that’s normal. After the first charge the battery still drained pretty quickly. I checked the AccuBattery and the app said that the battery life was at 67%. But now after a week, the app said the battery life is at 70%. I don’t really know if it’s the charger bad, because is not the fast one that came in the box, is an samsung travel adapter. If i buy a new adaptive fast charger will the battery behave like it should?

Hey, did you ever get an answer to this. I have a similar problem. My brand new S7 battery purchased from iFixit is draining within 6 hours....just as bad as my old one. I have tried recalibration and discharged to zero and back to full 2x already. Any insights appreciated!

Contact ifixit about the problem you’re having with a new battery.

Here’s a quote from the ifixit warranty

“Example: If your iPhone 5 battery replacement fails entirely after a couple months, we’ll replace it. If it loses potency after dozens and dozens of cycles, we won’t.”

There is a Contact Us link at the bottom of the Warranty page.
