Where is the fuse located on an 1983 fa50

I installed a new flasher relay. Still no blinking. The headlamp is burnt out, same with left blinker. Will that prevent the right and rear from blinking? Is it the fuse?

looks like the only fuse is the main fuse from the battery. Check for power on the relay and check the switch
