Slow washing machine with different programs
I have a new whirlpool washing machine with a dryer (7kg/5kg) and the washing machine takes over 5 hours just for washing without drying. What could that be please?

since this is a new washer you really do not want to do anything on it. Only thing I’d check is the water supply. Make sure that your water valves are wide open and that the little filter screens at the end of the hoses that connect to your washer, are clean (remove the hoses from the washer side to check). Contact either your seller or the number for Whirlpool listed in your washers paperwork. This should all still be covered under warranty.
For completion sake it would be good to get your washers exact model number.
