The on/off switch of my CHI flat iron snapped off. I now have the tiny switch and a spring that came off with it. Not sure where the spring is supposed to be. The switch has like a circular hole that the on/off section where the switch originally was . Is the spring supposed to be in the switch (it fits)? How do I fix the switch?

Jessica Ngo-Ly these instructions should get you inside the flat iron. Next would be this video to get to the switch. Now there is the possibility that you may find a replacement switch on mouser.com or digikey.com but you will have to physically measure your broken switch. CHI does not like you to repair your device and will not be off any help
