Face-Id and cameras not working after screen replacement

I have a problem after swapping screens. Swapped Sensor bar on display also. The display is an original from another X.

But Face ID could not be activated on this iphone. Proximity and Ambient sensors work fine. But no face ID. Also both cameras not working properly. When I open camera app…there is a black screen and app freezes. Sometimes the cameras begin to work for 5min. Replaced rear camera but remains the same.

Anyone a solution? thx

Best guess is that you have damaged or not aligned the connection properly . Try to open the connector and check under microscope or good magnifier both sides . if it looks good reconnect

REMEMBER

Push connector from each end not the middle as this can damage the connector

Thanks, will check it. But why does neither the rear camera work. Also I got "no audio device found" on Voice Record app.

Sensors of screen are all working...ok I don't know if the flood illuminator works...is there a way to test ?

Let me have a look at the schematics Ill get back to you by tomorrow It might all route through a different connector

Try out the below solutions:

Solution #1: Reset Face ID

It will wipe out all the existing mathematical representations of your face, and you will have to set it up all over again.

Solution #2: Reset All Settings

I know you don’t want to see this unwanted solution, when some problems seem to become a headache, don’t hesitate to give it a go.

Solution #3: Update Your iPhone to the Latest iOS Version

Now is the time to go for the software update. Needless to mention that it’s become the biggest troubleshooter in recent times.

 If Nothing Works contact apple support to help you out and get rid of this problem…

Reset everything was the first thing done...but thx ;) !

This would work if cameras were working still . Unplug cameras and check connections

Jc v1s programmer. for iPhone. worth £120 I paid for it. I done 11 pro and it worked and no messages pop up saying this is not original screen
