PS4 Dual Shock Controller - Triggers no longer work after new battery

I replaced the batter and buttons on my DS controller but managed to rip both vibration motors wiring off the mother board. I figured no harm I never liked that feature anyway. But now both the triggers don’t work. I’m guessing it’s related. Same circuit? Anyway to fix that ?

I worked it out myself. The rubber inners weren’t seated properly.now they are and now they work properly.
