The blender sparked and stopped working

Hi,

Have you got a DMM (digital multimeter) and know how to use it?

If not see the safety warning below

If so, measure the output from the step down converter to ensure that the output is only 110V AC.

If it is (or even if not) since a warranty repair is not an option you’ll have to open the blender and inspect the motherboard as to what damage has occurred.

Here’s a link to the ifixit Ninja Professional NJ600 guide. I realize that it is not the exact model number but hopefully it may be close enough to be of some help.

If you do see anything obvious such as burnt out components etc and are not sure, post some close up pictures back here.
