speaker fuzzy sounding can't understand
The ear speaker sounds garbled, can’t understand callers uless i put on speaker mode, can I replace the speaker the I put to my ear on the phone

Muffled earpiece speakers are almost always caused by dirt/dust getting jammed into the mesh which covers the speaker at the top of your phone. You should try to clean this out with these steps:
- Apply tape to the area and peel it off a few times to remove large pieces on the surface
- Use a small brush (toothbrush works well) and a small amount of 99% isopropyl alcohol to scrub the mesh clean
If these steps do not fix your issue, you may need to open the device to clean out that area from the inside.

Tried that, .... no difference.
The speaker that I'm talking about is in the lid part that flip's out that you put to your ear, not the speaker phone in the base of the unit. So I can't open the device to clean out that area.

There should be another smaller mesh area at the very top of your lid where the sound comes out for your ear. If cleaning this area doesn't improve sound quality, unfortunately it might be time to think about replacements.
