I fell over with mobile on my hand and it left some scratches,
How can I repair or need to replace the whole display itself.??
I do have a 1 year warranty for the Mobile, which doesn't cove any of this damage.
Still need to know the process of repair.

adithyaghaadimane check this video to see how to replace the display. As for using it, yes you can if it only affected the glass. If you find that you are starting to have display or touch issues you will have to change it.

It depends
If you can use the phone with the scratches, then no problem you can use it
if you prefer not to have them there then you would have to replace the screen
