JCorley Gray start by checking your charger, your charging cable. Then check your connector and see if there is any lint etc occluding it and if the cable fits snug or if it is loose. If all of that checks out you will have to tear your tablet down and replace the battery. While you have it open you also want to check the charging port connector (solder joints etc.) Craig CMP801 Battery Replacement
