TV backlights on but no picture

So my TV died and I replaced the power board, fab, it turned on again, but there was a single green line down the middle of the screen.

So I decided to detatch the tcon ribbons and reattach but now there is now image, the tv turns on using the remote and switch fine but theres now no image.

Any ideas? Do I need to completely replace the Tcon? The light in the power and master board is on so I believe they are both fine.

George Higgins since this happened after you worked on your T-con board I would start with that.
