My speaker is not working

My speaker is suddenly not working for the past two months … i can hear perfectly fine if the speaker is not on while talking, I can barely hear when the phone rings and regular stuff like my alarm clock doesn’t ring. the speaker works fine if it is playing music videos and music fine and still connects to the blue tooth but the speaker does not work properly.. I did a master reset and everything already nothing is fixing it
