TV bright for a second when turned on then really dark

This is what it does when I turn it on. I have factory reset it and nothing helped. What should I replace or is it not worth the time and money? Model 40S305

it could be a problem with one of the led arrays (strips), like a shorted led.

If its not that, its gonna be a bad component in the led driver circuit on the power board.

you can buy a new power board for $35

the led arrays will run you about $30
