Missing resistor near charging port

Hi.

Sorry if this has been asked before or if I'm posting in the wrong section.

Just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me what the 2R2 634f is what the value of the resistor near next to it is. I've circled them in purple.

It is a Signal Transformer, some call it a power inductor. The one you need is part # SCIHP0420TB-2R2

My switch stopped charging, the battery was draining, and the charging symbol was there, but the battery kept draining. I bought a battery to replace the old one, and when I opened up the switch, this piece was just laying there. What would cause it to break off, and is this the reason my switch isn’t charging?

@Michael - Same here. Came in not charging or powering on. Powered up with an new battery and would charge if the battery had some juice. Would not charge a dead battery though. I noticed the 2R2 inductor had come undone. Soldered another one from a dead Switch mobo and it works fine now.

@ACE How did you manage to solder another inductor on with the pads on the underside? Did you have to use hot air?
