My phone screen is black but if is still working except from this. I have tried all the recommended options on pressing volume and power buttons but nothing is working. I can even answer a call if a touch the screen at the correct bit when it is ringing.

Andrew Taylor sounds like a display issue. Replace the display assembly (digitizer may still be working but display may have failed) and re-evaluate. This video should help you with your phone repair.
Or you can check your circuit board
All components are around HDC7004

I have the exact problem right now. How did you fix it? Did it cost you too much? I'm afraid to do it on my own, so I'll go to the phone center. But not sure if it will cost quite an amount of money
