Tv screen is dark and back lights are blinking. No sound either

@bryantim07…this sounds like one or many of your led’s is failing sending your unit into protection mode. you will want to open your set and test the led’s. here is a guide: https://www.shopjimmy.com/sid-gj2c-led-t... watch the video at the bottom of the page. if you do not want to purchase the tool, call a local tech as he will be able to test this and confirm. if youre led’s werent blinking, i would have you disconnect the main board to see if you get steady backlight. if so , the main board would fix the no backlights. however, your led’s are blinking so essentially its cycling voltage on and off quickly to protect the rest of your set. youll want to replace your leds. you can find them for your set on the same site.
