GE PEB9159SJ1SS, 2016, turntable was working, food heating. Now turntable spins, no heating, then turntable doesn’t spin , sometimes food heats. Lately the only constant is if turntable does not spin food does not heat. Right now nothing works, turntable, heating, convection, broil. All the touch pad buttons working.

Check if the door interlock switches and latch -part#20, 21, 22 & 24 are OK and working. They may have worked loose or the latch is bent/broken and are not operating/releasing when the door is closed.
Be safety aware when working in a microwave oven as they can still be extremely dangerous to work on even if the power has been disconnected. The HV capacitor need to be discharged correctly before working in a microwave

Door, all latches working correctly.
Juts being pedantic, but did you test the switches with an Ohmmeter to prove that they were operated (and released - one is NO and the other is NC type switch) when the door is closed or just prove that the latches moved the switch(s) actuator?
