Could you please verify the full model number of the laptop?
What OS is installed in the laptop?
Does this occur all the time regardless of what you’re doing on the laptop or just when watching online videos or playing games?
Try connecting an external monitor to the laptop's HDMI port and check if the problem occurs on it as well. Even a TV can be used as an external monitor as long as you have the appropriate cable to connect the two together. Don't forget to press the F10 key to toggle the display between the laptop only, external only or both on together.
Also if the problem occurs often enough try starting the laptop in safe mode and check if it occurs then. Search online for (insert OS) safe mode to find out how to do this for your OS, e.g. Win 7 safe mode or Win 10 safe mode etc.
