My ps4 turn on showing PS logo and then screen turn black and shuts of

My PlayStation 4 has been stuck on safe mode ever since December. Tonight I’ve decided to restart the entire PlayStation even if it meant losing all of my data and contacts and everything. Things were going well as I saw something different besides stuff on safe mode such as the PlayStation logo appear on the screen but then it’ll go onto a black screen for a few moments but will turn itself off. Is there any way how I can get it to stop and let me on my PlayStation without me having to go through safe mode again because none of the options have been working for me.
