smart phone wont turn on at all?

Judy, if nothing else has happened to your phone, try a hard reset. I think it is done by powering off the phone hold the volume up button the send button and turn the phone on. Let us know if this helps.

Try removing the battery and leave it out. Then plug the phone's power cable in while the battery is out. See if the phone will power on. If it does you simply need a new battery. If it doesn't then that little bump it took killed something on the main board and it will need to go back to the store to be replaced.

My Huawei y8 2019 did not turn on after being charged overnight. There was no battery left when I charged it, like literally the phone turned off. The next day I tried turning it on but it wouldn’t turn on. The light didn’t show up my I charged it. What I did was I leave my phone for a while like 10 minutes, uncharged. Then after that I tried holding the volume down button and power button at the same time for 15 secs but nothing showed up so i tried holding volume up button and power button yet still nothing. I felt hopeless. Then I left it for a while again and later I tried charging it. Finally the red light shows up but nothing on the screen. My battery must’ve been drained so much. So I left the phone charging. After a few minutes I went back to check on it and saw that there was 0 percent and left it for 2 hours until fully charged

mine is huawei g526 when i try to plug the cable without the battery, the led light just turn on half a second color orange. when i try to plug it with the battery nothing happened. no light no anything.

it was charging when it died.. its on 96 percent charging. now i cant open it. help pls.

I think that you should just take it to a shop(that's cheap) to see what's wrong with it. If it's broken then you can sell your phone somewhere and use that money to pay for a new one. Hope this helps:)

Sometimes there's a little chip inside of the phone that controls the storage, and everything else. You can look for a close-up diagram of your phone to see what I'm talking about. Also, the quality of the phone depends on where you get it, how new it was, and how much you paid for it. Yes, I understand phones are expensive, but make sure you buy one that isn't ridiculously cheap. Like the saying, "You get what you pay for." I hope this helps.

Try removing the SD card if you have one and put it back in that usually fixes it for my metro PCS

My phone (huawei p10 lite) is completely dead after a hit in the wall.

The screen is ok but I cannot turn on the phone by any occasion.

I’ve tried a lot of recovery tools but all they need to turn on the device so it can be detected. Obviously that’s not happening in my case.

I gave the phone to a phone service shop and they said they cannot do anything about it.

Do you have any ideas how I can get my data from my phone at least ?

my hauwei p smart 2019 has turnt off and will not turn back on again. ive had it for about a year now, no problems at all. about a month ago the volume stopped working and now only works with bluetooth headphones. about 20 minutes ago my phone died, i put it on charge but nothing is happening, it wont charge. it wont turn on, any ideas??? i havent done anything to my phone that couldve caused this either
