Hi,
Here’s the 2000-2001 Ford Explorer/Mountaineer (4.0L/5.0L) Workshop Manual + Owners Manual
Scroll down and click on the Wiper and Washers link
When the file has opened in your browser, (you can download it to your PC to make it easier to use, just click on the download link, top right in the document header bar) scroll down to p.134/147 (left side of document header bar - pdf numbering as manual’s page numbering is too difficult to explain) to see how to replace the wiper motor.
