Hi,
Most probably not very well. You would have to upgrade the PSU.
The RX 570 4GB specifications show that the recommended PSU power is 450W and the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Tower PSU specifications show that it has only a 320W PSU.
Here’s a link to a PSU calculator which may help in case your desktop needs more power than the recommended amount when using the GPU card, due to what is already installed in the desktop.

well there is a problem with 800 g1 psu. well it uses a 6 pin connector that is proprietary to the psu and the mobo. so you need an adapter like this one just to use it (https://www.amazon.in/COMeap-Power-Adapt...)

well without that connector. you can only use gpu’s that are rated under 75 watt power limit like the gtx 1650 or the gt 1050ti/gt 1030 etc. well you can get an a2000 . but the cpu will bottleneck it anyways(or you can get an i7 4790 and upgrade it?
