What problem with my floor lamp?
I just bought a floor lamp few days ago and I installed it like the instructions but I when I put a bulb and plugged it in, it’s not working. I don’t understand why.

Did you verify that you have power coming out of the outlet? Plug in a hairdryer or something to verify that the outlet has power. Some outlets are switched and don't have power until they are turned on.

Did you try a different light bulb? Can we get a picture of the lamp?

Hi,
What is the make and model number of the floor lamp?
Verify that you have followed the installation instructions etc and if so and it still doesn’t work, since it is new, return it for a replacement or refund.

I don't know the model number, but it calls Alice traditional floor lamp. I installed it like the instructions but it still not working, and I don't know the reason. I don't know that I can return it or not because I bought it from Walmart online. And in the app said my item was canceled but in fact I still receive it. And if I want to return it, it has to have the return button, but I don’t see it cause it said canceled.
