Car wont turnover or start
I have a 03 lexus rx300 and I replaced the battery and the starter why Turn the key on all lights light up but when I try to start it all go dim and just

Hi,
Here’s the 2000 Lexus RX 300 Service Repair Manual and Wiring Diagram. I realize that you said that it was a 2003 model but hopefully they may be the same as far as starting the vehicle is concerned.
As you have already replaced the starter, according to the Diagnostics section (see image) the problem then may either be the Start relay or the Neutral Start switch

The description for the location and testing of the Neutral Start Switch can be found in the Diagnostics section p.DI-188 to p.DI-191.

It could be the timing belt if you haven’t changed that within the 80k mile Suggested by Manual…
