Why doesnt my keyboard and mouse trackpad work?
I ordered a new keyboard for my Macbook Air and when I was done with replacing the keyboard my mouse wouldnt move anymore and the keyboard just didnt work entirely.

A common issue is the trackpad to logic board gets damaged from the a failing battery (swollen). This cable carries both the keyboard and trackpad signals to the logic board. Follow this guide to get to it MacBook Air 13" Mid 2011 Trackpad Replacement to Step 6, if that fails you’ll need a new trackpad.
