How to check if motherboard is cellular unlocked without screen

I am trying to sell a Note 10+ motherboard and in order to list it for an appropriate price, I need to determine what the cellular status of the motherboard is. Is it unlocked? Locked to a carrier? Is it Activation Locked? I have no way of knowing any of these because the screen that came with the phone is not functional, and I do not want to spend $300 or more in order to figure out these questions. Essentially, what I am asking is if there is a way to find out if the motherboard is locked or unlocked. Thank you for taking the time to read my question.
