dvd tray won't open
Toshiba SD-V291 dvd tray won’t open. You hear a whining sound but it won’t open. Can’t find anyone to look at it. Any suggestions

Hello, you need to take a look at the optical disc drive, it’s generally the belt that can do this but it could be something else like a weak spring, not enough lubrification… It’s impossible to know exactly the issue with no information, so can you take it apart and make some photos?
