When I turn my phone on after its been off for awhile it has vertical white lines on it. Also when my screen is dark (not the brightness) but for example if im playing a game and it goes black for a second it will have lines but fade away when the screen is bright again. My phone screen is already damaged it has black spoltches at the bottom but i haven’t found anything on google. Thank you! :)

Hi,
I think that you have answered your own question as to what the problem is. “My phone screen is already damaged it has black spoltches at the bottom”.
To me this is just another sign that there are internal problems in the screen.
As a DIY repair all you can do is to temporarily replace the screen and check.
Here’s a video that shows how to do this, which may help.
Note that the ifixit LG G7 ThinQ Teardown guide shows that the repairability score of the phone is 4 out of 10 (with 10 being the easiest) and also says as a negative: Screen repair, the most common type repair, is not prioritized, requiring an almost complete disassembly while battling tough adhesive, so it won’t be that easy
