I have a Zte a3 prime and the light adjustment doesn't do anything. I have tried it max or min and nothing happens. Anyone have any ideas?

I’d try a factory reset. But make sure to backup everything to an SD card or a computer.

If that doesn’t work, I don’t know how to help.
