sd cards will not work in my z1012 is camera

I tried several new SD cards and they will not work in my Z1012 IS camera. says use internal storage

@okesa let us know make and size of the cards as well as if this camera has ever had a SD card. Make sure the card is not write protected and you will need to format a new card. The settings menu lets you do that.
