Charging Pins on the base station staying down
one of the pins on the left side of my Astro a50 base station is not all the way up like the others resulting in the headset not charging.

Seb Deerson post some pictures of what this looks like with your question. that way we can see what you see. Some of those pins are held into position by springs which in your case may have weakened etc. We definitely have to see more.
